Quantum Technologies Group is a purpose-built holding company dedicated to building, scaling and connecting leading companies across the quantum technology value chain. We operate where fundamental physics meets real-world deployment - from research and engineering to industrialization, space systems and secure quantum infrastructures.
Rather than being a single operating company, the Group is designed as an ecosystem: a structure that enables deep specialization within its subsidiaries while ensuring strategic alignment, shared standards and long-term technological leadership.
Our role as a holding company is to:
- define long-term strategy across quantum communication and enabling technologies,
- foster collaboration between research, engineering and commercialization,
- provide governance, capital allocation and operational support,
- and ensure that breakthrough quantum technologies transition reliably from lab to market.
Through our subsidiaries, Quantum Technologies Group covers critical parts of the quantum stack - including quantum communication systems, space-based and terrestrial infrastructures, and advanced quantum components.

Quantum Technology Laboratories GmbH – applied quantum research, engineering and system development
Quantum Space Systems GmbH – space-based quantum and optical communication systems
Zerothird GmbH (formally Quantum Industries) – industrialization and commercialization of fiber based quantum technologies

Application Process
Online application
You apply via our application portal. The application lands directly in our system and can be assigned and processed as quickly as possible.
Review of your application
We have a smart and personal application process. Your application will be forwarded directly to the right person. After receiving your application, we get a first impression through your documents.
Video-call Interview
Then a first getting to know each other takes place via video interview. We offer you a pleasant atmosphere and would like to get to know you in an open exchange. We will be happy to answer any open questions you may have about the job and about us as an employer.
Personal Interview
After a positive initial interview, we will arrange a second personal meeting with our department managers and your future team-circle. Additionally you will be able to see the working place and maybe you will already get to know your future work colleagues.
Contract offer
If all interviews are successful, we will send you a contract offer by e-mail. Afterwards, we hope that we have convinced you in the same way and that we can welcome you in our team!
